Job responsibilities:You will be engaged in a highly collaborative and structured environment to provide support for the application that has well established integrations with multiple other web applications, web services using the latest of technologies. It’s a unique opportunity to be part of the growing team that drives consistency, quality and efficiency of the services delivered to client. Being part of the product owning team you will be responsible for: • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing GES Compliance applications. These are critical applications used globally, by thousands of internal and external users daily for providing and receiving mobility services• Should develop key understanding on the critical integrations in the system to be able to provide application support.• Take ownership on the tasks assigned and meet SLAs within stipulated time• Develop clear vision of Technical and functional capabilities of the application and bridge gaps in the integration• Establish connections and collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams. • Understand business logic and the technical implementation supporting the logic• Support on the fly requests from clients, provide fixes to the issues within SLA• Discuss the issues with the rest of the team and help manage them better going forward• Should analyze, troubleshoot, fix and track issues through closure• Responsible for evaluating problems reported by clients and provide logical solutions that address the root cause• Should be able to function in a close team environment and communicate effectively within the team• Should have a high level of attention to detail, a solution driven mindset accompanied by good analytical and problem-solving skills• Should establish and maintain collaborative and trusting relationships with stakeholders• Demonstrate capability of handling high work pressure during peak seasons
Education/Background:A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields is required for this position.

Key skills desired • Good knowledge of ASP .Net, ASP .Net MVC and clear understanding of integration end points in the application. • Hands on/projects/Production Support (or technical support) experience preferred• Good understanding of OOPS concepts, .Net Web API, C# and .Net framework, web development (HTML5 and CSS)• Exposure to scripting languages: SQL Server, Java Script, jQuery is a great ad-on. • Having knowledge on cross browser compatibility is good to have• Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills• Willingness to learn new technologies/skills, have strong customer focus• Excellent verbal and written communications skills• Ability to learn from an issue/situation, adapt and carry forward the solution to another seemingly unrelated issue
