Role & responsibilities
Handling customer calls/emails pertaining to Insurance queries on Claims, Underwriting, Recoveries and Collections.
Understanding customer queries and providing resolutions as per the process guidelines.
Insurance knowledge will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1 yr BPO / Non BPO Exp.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be comfortable with working in 24* 7 environment
Any graduate
Fresher’s can also apply
Candidates with insurance experience would be an added advantage
