Test Duration: 90 Minutes
Test Sections: 2 Quantitative
Aptitude: 80 Minutes
Verbal Ability: 10 Minutes.
Eligibility Criteria for TCS Management hiring YOP 2021:
Course: Only 2 Years Full Time / Regular Post Graduate Management Courses would be considered.
(Part Time/Correspondence or 1-year courses will not be considered).
Students who have done schooling from NIOS are Eligible.
Batch: Students of Batch of 2019 – 2021 graduating in 2021 are eligible.
Background: B. TECH / B.E background prior to MBA is a must
Specialization: Marketing / Finance / Operations / Supply Chain Management / Information Technology / General Management / Business Analytics / Project Management
Percentage: 60% or above in the in each of Class Xth, Class XIIth, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation examination which includes successful completion of final year/semester.
Extended Education: All courses need to be completed within the stipulated duration as prescribed the institute/ board/ university. Students with extended education are not eligible.
Backlog: No pending backlog should be there at the time of appearing for TCS process. If selected, no pending backlogs will be permitted at the time of joining TCS.
Gap: It is mandatory to declare the gaps/arrears/backlogs, if any, during the academic and/or work experience. Break in education should not be due to extended education.
Any break in education/work experience should not exceed 24 months and is permissible only for valid reasons. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
Age: Minimum Age -18 years and Maximum Age – 30 years at the time of the TCS Examination

A: No changes can be made to the above fields once your profile has been created.
Q: I have created 2 profiles. What should I do now?
A: Only 1 profile needs to be created per candidate. Duplicate profile should not be created. You will need to write to ilp.support@tcs.com for the deletion of your duplicate profile.
Q: I am getting an error while updating my X (10th) or XII (12th) Standard details in the application form. What should I do?
A: You need to enter minimum 12 months in your X (10th) std & 12th std course duration details.
For example: For 10th std. if your start duration is 1/July/2013 then your end date should be 30/June/2014.
Q: When will I receive my Hall Ticket?
A: You would receive the Hall Ticket a couple of days before the date of the Test subject to your candidature being valid for the TCS NQT MBA Drive on completion of the below mentioned steps:
• Completing the Application Form & Clicking on ‘Apply For Drive’
• You being shortlisted basis the TCS Eligibility criteria.
Q: Where can I check my Hall Ticket?
A: An email will be sent to your registered email ID.
Q: What documents do I need for the TCS NQT Drive – MBA?
A: Once your Hall Ticket is generated, it will have the details of the documents you need to have handy for the TCS NQT Drive – MBA Hiring.
Q: What time and place do I need to report for the TCS NQT Drive – MBA?
A: The Hall Ticket which will be sent on candidate’s registered email id will have details of the reporting time and place for the TCS NQT Drive – MBA, if the student is taking it in person. In case of Remote Proctored Assessment, the details of test timing will be shared in the same e mail.

No, interviews will not be conducted on the day of the test. If you clear the test, details of the interview schedule will be sent to you on your registered email ID by the respective regional campus teams.

No, you cannot change the timing of the test. Students are batched and the test can be taken only at the stipulated time.
