Responsibilities
This AGPM role focuses on:
- Leading application transformation and migration initiatives and projects with some of our largest customers
- Driving programs focused on Azure cloud adoption
- Ensuring partner success as a member of a dedicated team of business and technical advisors and engineers
- Advising our partners effectively, ensuring their success by guiding them as they adopt cloud technologies while aligning with their key business priorities
- Driving customer feedback and requirements back into our product groups, pushing our platform forward with new features, products, and solutions, enabling our customers and partners to achieve more in Azure
Working directly with both partner and engineering leaders alike, this role presents a robust opportunity to have a tangible impact on our cloud products and strategy, as well as fuel our partners’ success. Intentional collaboration and customer obsession are a must to be successful in this role. This opportunity will be based in Mumbai or Bangalore.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of software engineering, development, or technical program management experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and shipping solutions on Azure or another public cloud.
- Develops and communicates sound plans by determining the time, complexity, and processes required to successfully achieve the final outcome.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
