We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Technical Architect who leads the transition of our legacy mainframe applications to modern architectures. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations while enhancing system performance and maintainability.Roles and Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain the overall architecture strategy for mainframe applications.

· Design scalable, reliable, and secure mainframe solutions that meet business needs.

· Design comprehensive modernization roadmaps that outline key phases, timelines, and resource allocations.

· Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify functional and non-functional requirements.

· Lead the design of system integrations and data flows between mainframe and modern platforms.

· Ensure that solutions adhere to best practices in performance, security, and compliance.
