Develops software as the primary job function; Designs, develops, debugs & tests complex software in any field e.g., systems software, software development tools, applications, drivers, numerical methods, UI’s, web. May work directly with companies developing and optimizing compilers, operating systems, and other software technologies.

About the Role
o developing solutions using System services that will be consumed across multiple services, devices and platforms
o Implementing back-end architecture that can scale to a large number of concurrent users
o Operating in Agile/Scrum methodology, building the service platform
o Ensuring reusable, testable and efficient code using Java and other related technologies
o Developing automated unit test cases and functional test cases for all delivered, to be integrated to Automation framework and deployable to post-build test runs
o Conducting code review with and for peers
o Contributing to the development and achievement of organizational goals and objectives
About you
o Provide solutions for wide range of complex problems
o Independently determine and develops approach to solutions, under limited direction
o Clear understanding of business environment
o Fosters teamwork and collaboration within and across work groups
o Ability to learn and apply new tools and applications. Usage and application of standard engineering principles, theories, and concepts
o Interfaces with senior management to report on project and program milestones and to present project needs
o Develops and provides challenging yet appropriate assignments, evaluates work, communicates progress toward career development and goals
o Assists in developing and communicating organization vision and strategic direction, serves as functional consultant and technical leader
