Your Role and Responsibilities
- As Cloud Native Storage SME , you will develop, maintain and evaluate SDN .You designing, configuring and managing on-premise SAN, COS and NAS platforms
- General knowledge across the Server, Storage and Networking portfolio, with competencies in core technologies like virtualization, system networking etc
- Hands on experience with Tape and related infrastructure, inclusive of tape to cloud migration
- Hands on experience with backup and DR tools
- Creating and implementing solution architectures and guides for storage that combine cloud technology with ISV/IHV products to create a complete end customer consumable solution
- Able to create and present technical solutions to senior level clients within the customer and clearly articulate the technical value proposition to the customer
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 8 Years of IT Industry Experience and 6 years relevant exp in Storage Domian
- Enterprise Storage, including Software defined Storage (e.g., Pure, EMC, NetApp)
- Vmware Virtualization (ESXi, vCloud Director, vRealize, vSAN),
- Network attached Storage / File Storage (e.g. NetApp, EMC)
- Flash Storage (e.g. Pure Storage, Tintri)
- Storage virtualization (e.g. DataCore) o Backup to disk / Backup to tape environments
- Hands on experience with designing, configuring and managing on-premise SAN, COS and NAS platforms as well as successfully implementing storage with major cloud providers in addition to migrating storage from on-premise SANs and NAS to cloud storage
- Develop SAN/NAS/Object Storage storage architectures dependent on the application or workload requirements
- Knowledge of the storage interactions and dependencies of hypervisors and operating systems
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of trends & technologies for x86 and entry to mid level Storage
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience working in IT Service delivery and Infrastructure domain,
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework
- People with demonstrated past projects executed based on above technologies
