Education: Bachelor of Engineering, MBA in Business Analytics/Finance, MSc in Statistics
Experience required: 4-5 Years of relevant experience

Job Function: Accounting/Auditing, Finance
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering
- MBA in Business Analytics/Finance (Preferred)
- MSc in Statistics
Required: - Candidate should have 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics with a strong focus on business process analytics
- Should have strong background and keenness to work in the areas of (one or more) Advanced analytics, Machine learning and Advanced automation/ RPA
- Candidate has experience handling large data files in different formats along with strong programming skills
- Strong business process knowledge and technical skills in SQL, SAS, Tableau, ACL
- He or She has knowledge of R, Python, PowerBI, Qlik
- Should have strong knowledge of either one or more of UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere
- Should have strong orientation toward internal control risk assessment, operational, financial reporting, and controls
- Demonstrate leadership, team management, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, works on multiple assignments, and manages ambiguity
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Willingness to travel within and out of country on engagements
Experience Required - 4-5 years of relevant work experience
Preferred - Big Four experience preferred
- Ability to work in global delivery mechanisms preferred
