Work experience 1.5- 3year
The key job responsibilities include the following:
· Participate in requirements analysis
· Collaborate with US and Vendors’ teams to produce software design and architecture
· Strongly proficient in .Net
· Solid knowledge of SQL, Excel Programming
· Revise, update, refactor and debug code
· Develop, support and maintain applications and technology solutions.
· Able to work with limited supervision
· Documents code thoroughly
· Ensure that all development efforts meet or exceed client expectations. Applications should meet requirements of scope, functionality, and time and adhere to all defined and agreed upon standards.
· Become familiar with all development tools, testing tools, methodologies and processes.
· Become familiar with the project management methodology and processes.
· Encourage collaborative efforts and camaraderie with on-shore and off-shore team members.
· Demonstrate a strong working understanding of the industry best standards in software development and version controlling.
· Work on agile projects, participate in daily SCRUM calls and provide task updates.
· During design and key development phases, might need to work a staggered shift from 2pm-11pm to ensure appropriate overlap of the India and US teams and project deliveries.
· Team player with good interpersonal skills
Key skills required:
· Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
· Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding
· Able to work well in a team setting
· Experience with SQL, SQL Server and .Net
· Expertise in Alteryx, Power Query, POWER BI or Tableau will be a plus
· Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
· Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
· At least 18 months of experience in coding as a .NET Developer
· Proficiency in building VSTO applications
· In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (like C# and Visual Basic .NET)
· Familiarity with agile development environments
· Troubleshooting abilities
· Good communication skills
