Supply Chain Management – Analyst – Procurement Operations

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Manage transactional processes with minimal supervision.
- Review client purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy
- Manage the approval process to ensure required approvals are obtained in timely manner
- Manage simple spot buy negotiations and support contracting process
- Present spot buy results including identified savings to client executives
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers based on client specific processes and systems
- Guide requisitions to preferred vendors / catalogs
- Assist end-users with expediting purchase orders, returns, amendments and cancellations
- Address invoice mismatch issues
- Support process improvement opportunities

Qualifications
Required
- 1 -3 years of Procurement Operations / P2P experience
- Experience with P2P applications such as: Ariba, Coupa, Etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business issues
- Ability to foster relationship with client stakeholders
- verbal and written communication skill in English
- Organizational and time management skills
Preferred
- Consulting firm and/or BPO industry experience
