About the Position
The Manager – Enablement is responsible for preparing training and assessment solutions for CleverTap product and delivering these through various mediums to a wide variety of stakeholders – employees, salespeople, employees of customers, partners, etc. These training programs are meant to create an ecosystem of skilled professionals in full-scale demonstration, adoption and use of CleverTap product.
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the mobile marketing space and proficient in training design and delivery through various means – digitally, virtually and face to face. We are looking for an individual who can roll up the sleeves and handle all aspects of content, design, hosting, delivery, etc. across the global markets of CleverTap.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the CleverTap product and its most representative use cases to build a thorough understanding of the product.
- Prepare training content by incorporating the product features, use cases, tests, and bundle them as learning solutions.
- Prepare flyers, brochures, etc. for training and giving due publicity.
- Interact with CS, Product, and Engineering teams to update the training content with the latest developments, features, etc.
- Participate in the assessment of product knowledge/ understanding, generate assessment results, and provide feedback to the participants.
Measures of success:
- Project management on new content/ module development
- Regular assessment of new joinees
- Content development for new features
Competencies
- Functional: Product understanding, Learning Management System, Audio-visual tools/ technologies
- Behavioral: Communication, Presentation Skills,
Requirements:
- 5+ yearsof experience preferably in content development for SaaS companies
- Experience with mobile platforms, knowledge of the mobile ecosystem a plus
- Experience with fast-paced environments; able to bring structure to ambiguity
