Job Purpose
- Ensure that Process is running within adhered SLA and escalate to Operations Manager in case of any exceptions.
- Report on the service level of the team and E2E process.
- Conduct root cause analysis for the recurring escalations and errors reported in the process and ensure to execute CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) for errors identified.
- Support the implementation of master data quality rules and master data definitions.
- Customer Service mindset with excellent customer service skills.
- Support MDM Operations Manager on process standardization and optimization in order to increase the process efficiency.
- Pro-active follow-up to business users with regular updates on requests from Requesters.
- Be the agent of change by motivating team members to bring improvement ideas
- Conducting regular F2F sessions with team members to keep the team engaged and take proactive action in case of any concerns shared by team members.
- Lead by example
- Provide performance feedback and coaching to the team members
Experience & Education
- Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years’ overall experience with 3 years’ experience in MDM related function stakeholders, across the different functions
- Experience in managing small teams
- Fosters a constructive dialogue with functions and key stakeholders
- Strong communicator and change agent
- Project management experience preferred
- Available for moderate travel
