Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to build knowledge and support the team. – Participate in Problem Solving discussions. – Assist in the management and maintenance of production systems and services. – Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents. – Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures. – Assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems and services. – Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. – Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. – Additional responsibility: Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
