- Support the creation of dashboards and reports that provide visibility into system performance and team operations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of documentation and metrics standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation and metrics practices.
- Respond to documentation-related queries and provide assistance to team members and stakeholders.
- Organize and manage the priorities for assigned responsibilities and accomplish the work process to meet all deliverables.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related or equivalent field
- 0-1 years entry level; university graduate
- Strong written/oral communication skills, data focused, able to work in a team environment, project management, analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
- Experience in a technical writing or analyst role
